AI Document Kit allows users to analyze documents such as invoices, contracts, and receipts from M-Files with the Azure AI prebuilt models without leaving the M-Files user interface. Directly from the metadata card, users can initiate document analysis, extracting either class-specific data based on the analyzed model or general data not related to a specific class.
For example, during invoice analysis, the extracted data suggested as metadata can be Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Vendor Name, Customer ID, Vendor Tax ID, etc. Users can then select data they want to set as properties in M-Files.
