Hey Folks
I have a use case where I wish that the EK add a watermark for PDFs if a PD is “completed” so ive made a Document Processing Rule DeepL Status = "Completed" but this nice module requires having a Workflow state. Is there a way to work around this? Or could you be amazing and just don't make it mandatory?

Hi @daniel-mislovic,
I am sorry to hear that this caused you inconvenience.
We have an internal request to add option to orchestrate the Document Processing rules with an ID: 855.
Regarding the workaround, best way would be to transfer the logic of triggering in the workflow or use Property Operations to move documents to certain state which would trigger the Document Processing rule.
